BORA sells its core products exclusively through specialist retailers and had virtually no non-brand visibility when the project started. Together, we rethought the strategy: moving away from a purely transactional focus and towards visibility where purchase decisions are actually made – with product-related topics, inspiration around kitchen and cooking, and a structured service section. In parallel, we technically safeguarded a relaunch across 24 language-country combinations and responded to the new reality of AI search in the middle of the project.
The result: an all-time visibility high of +64%, 100% redirect coverage without any loss of visibility, significant growth in non-brand traffic, and rising visibility in ChatGPT and Gemini.
